Livestream Notice:

While watching our livestream you may notice that some parts seem to be missing. Though we desire to provide all of it, this isn’t always possible. One of the reasons is we don’t have permission to livestream a piece of music. We do have a CCLI license that is very generous, but it does not cover all songs and arrangements.

If you are performing a song during the service and would like it to be live-streamed, please follow these steps to see if we are authorized to do so.

  1. Go to songselect.ccli.com.
  2. Search for your song title.
  3. Verify your song is in the results by matching the author’s/composer’s names. If you are unable to find it, then we are unable to livestream it.
  4. Take a screenshot of the matching result and send it to media@newbeginningsgrace.org along with the date you are performing the piece so the media team can properly credit it that day.

Church Livestream Participation Protocol

To serve our church family and those joining us online, portions of our services and events may be livestreamed and/or recorded. This may include (but is not limited to):
  • Worship services
  • Choir and music participation
  • Children’s programs and presentations
  • Baptisms and dedications
  • Special events, testimonies, or on-stage involvement
Implied Consent Through Participation
Participation in any on-stage, platform, or front-facing role during a church service or event constitutes consent to appear in livestream or recorded media.
Opt-Out Process
We respect family and individual preferences.
If you do not want you or your child to appear on livestream or in recorded media:
  • Written notice must be submitted to the Media Team
  • Notice must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the event
  • Upon notification, alternative arrangements or accommodations will be made when possible
Our Commitments
  • Participation in livestreamed elements is voluntary
  • We aim to clearly communicate when livestreaming is taking place
  • We prioritize the safety, dignity, and comfort of all participants
  • We will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests when received in advance

Due to the nature of live events, individuals present in the general audience may occasionally appear in wide-angle or background shots.
